This module will provides an introduction to some of the contemporary themes prevalent within both sport and business psychology, including: theories of motivation; personality and individual differences; and self-efficacy. The module will consider the implications of these factors for individual performance and will explore possible applications of psychological theory to performance enhancement in youth sport, business and entrepreneurship.

This is compulsory for all students on all BA Business Enterprise in Sport Programme.
