Student Records ShopWelcome to the Edinburgh Napier University Student Records ShopThe Student Records shop allows alumni students to purchase copies of Transcripts and Official Letters. Orders will be responded to within 10 working days, but this may be extended during busy periods.
Currently registered and studying with us If you have not yet graduated, please contact your school office for a transcript free of charge. Official Letters can be downloaded from your estudent record https://evision.napier.ac.uk/si/sits.urd/run/siw_lgn
HEAR (The Higher Education Achievement Report) is available to undergraduate students who graduated from October 2018 onwards. HEAR provides a digital copy of your achievements at Edinburgh Napier University upon graduation.
WES Applications If you require an official document to be sent to WES (World Education Services) (Canada or USA) please include your WES reference number in your record shop order. Documents will be sent digitally via their secure portal so please ensure you select a PDF version.
As a PhD student your documents are not available via the Student Records Shop, and you should contact [email protected] to request an official letter confirming your studies.
Nursing and midwifery students The records shop can send you a transcript of your module results but if you are a former nursing or midwifery student and require a more detailed record of your training e.g for working overseas, please follow the process below and the School of Health & Social Care will get back in touch with further information on cost, timing and paperwork required: · Send an email to [email protected] · The subject line should include the branch of nursing you completed (adult, mental health, child, or learning disability). If you studied BSc Nursing in Singapore, please contact [email protected] for any documentation related to your Nursing education or overseas registration.
