Student Records Shop

Welcome to the Student Records shop which can provide former students with copies of transcripts and official letters.

Please use the document links at the bottom of the page to place your order.

Orders are typically processed within 10-15 working days, though this may take longer during peak periods.

Under General Data Protection regulations, detailed student records are retained for seven years after your last attendance. For transcripts older than this, we cannot guarantee complete information but will provide as much detail as possible.

Digital Transcripts 

Students from summer 2025 onwards can access their digital transcript through the secure Gradintelligence web portal.

Students who have graduated prior to Summer 2025 will be required to purchase a transcript using the document links in red at the bottom of this page.

HEAR

The Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) is available to undergraduate students who graduated between October 2018 and Summer 2024. HEAR provides a verified digital record of your academic achievements upon graduation. https://my.napier.ac.uk/your-studies/student-records-and-personal-information/higher-education-achievement-report

WES Applications

If you need an official document sent to World Education Services (WES) for Canada or the USA, please include your WES reference number when placing your order. Documents will be transmitted digitally via WES’s secure portal, so please ensure you select the PDF copy of your transcript.

Research Student

As a Research Student your documents are not available via the Student Records Shop, you should contact doctoralcollege@napier.ac.uk to request an official letter confirming your studies.

Nursing and Midwifery Students

The Records Shop can provide a transcript of your module results. However, if you are a former nursing or midwifery student and require a detailed record of your training (e.g. for overseas employment), please email: nursingtranscript@napier.ac.uk. The School will respond with details on cost, processing time, and required paperwork.

If you studied BSc Nursing in Singapore, please contact MDIS_BSc_Nursing@napier.ac.uk for documentation related to your nursing education or overseas registration.
