Transcripts Transcript/ Record of Academic AchievementIf you are a current student, then you can request copies of your transcript free of charge from your School Office. An academic transcript confirms your programme of study, the modules which have been taken, the total number of credits and grades achieved and can be printed on official Edinburgh Napier transcript paper or provided in a digital format. Please note both the digital and physical documents will contain the same info and will be presented in the same way with all the relevant watermarks. Please note that under the GDPR legislation we are only obliged to keep detailed student records for a period of seven years since last attendance. If you require a transcript that dates back further than this, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide all information required but will endeavour to provide as much as possible. If we are unable to provide a transcript of your results, we may be able to provide a letter confirming your attendance and any award(s) gained. If your request for a transcript relates to an application through the Open University, World Education Services or a similar organisation which requires additional paperwork to be filled in by the University, complete your purchase as normal.
