Detailed Description

This module will provide you with an introduction to some of the contemporary themes prevalent within both sport and business psychology, including: theories of motivation; personality and individual differences; and self-efficacy. The module will consider the implications of these factors for individual performance and you will explore possible applications of psychological theory to performance enhancement in youth sport, business and entrepreneurship.
