Academy of Marketing Conference 2027

Edinburgh Napier University is delighted to host the 2027 Academy of Marketing Conference at the beautiful Craiglockhart campus. Conference dates are as follows: Tues 6th July Doctoral Colloquium, Wed-Fri 7-9th July Main Conference

We are proud to announce our 2027 theme: “A Call for Innovation”. With a nod to Edinburgh’s history as the birthplace of pioneering figures such as Alexander Graham Bell, the theme both evokes a ‘call’ to action and looks ahead to the next era of marketing thought and practice. The conference will celebrate the Academy of Marketing’s longstanding tradition of advancing innovative methods, theories, contexts, and approaches, at a time when the pace and scope of innovation continue to expand. We are welcoming of colleagues from across the Marketing community to engage in the transfer of knowledge and to engage in academic discussion and debate on the future of marketing. The conference will host 100s of international speakers to disseminate their research to the marketing community and we look forward to you contributing to these discussions.

Outside of conference hours, AM delegates are invited to immerse themselves in everything Edinburgh has to offer from exploring iconic landmarks such as Royal Mile and Arthur's Seat to enjoying the city’s thriving food and arts scene. Our social events will also invite delegates to renowned and unforgettable venues overlooking the picturesque sights of Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill.

The Early Bird registration fee is available until 17th May 2027. The final registration deadline is 7th June 2027.
