Please read the following FAQ section before placing an order: 

If you are looking for a copy of your academic transcript and were an undergraduate student that graduated between October 2018 and Summer 2024, you may be eligible for a HEAR report free of charge.  HEAR provides a verified digital record of your academic achievements upon graduation. Please click the link for more information HEAR

1.      If you graduated 7 or more years ago, please email recordsshop@napier.ac.uk with your request as we cannot guarantee complete information is available for older records.

2.      If you require your document sent directly to WES please order below

3.      If you are a former Research student, you should contact doctoralcollege@napier.ac.uk directly to request documents confirming your studies. Research documents are not available to purchase via the shop.

4.      If you are a former Nursing or Midwifery student and require a detailed record of your training for overseas employment, please contact nursingtranscript@napier.ac.uk directly. Detailed documents are not available to purchase via this shop.
