Detailed Description
The module will help students to evaluate the policies and processes involved in resourcing the organisation. Students will examine the role of employee resourcing and how it can contribute to effective performance and employee well-being at the individual level and achieving competitive advantage at organisational level. They will examine relevant research on resourcing interventions and will build skills to understand the complexities of employee resourcing approaches.
