In today’s complex business environment it is essential to understand how organisations behave. Organisational Change and Management emphasises the evaluation and analysis of organisational change, and implementing change as a leader and manager in a way that ensures a smooth transition for the organisation and its stakeholders. Completion of this module should result in the ability to determine the different types of change and the route to implementing successful changes within an organisation.

Detailed Description

This module introduces academic research and theories that define this field and uses practical real situation case studies to assist your understanding of the types of change, and their successful implementation within a variety of organisations and a range of industries.
