More InformationCancellation policyCancellations and amendments can be made up to 7 working days before the event for a full refund. After which a 50% charge will apply. No refund will be given for any cancellation made less than 24hours before the start of the event, unless extenuating circumstances exist – if you believe this is the case, please email [email protected] AccommodationA limited number of rooms is available to conference attendees at Edinburgh Napier University’s Orwell Terrace apartments from 3rd July until 7th July. The apartments are centrally located, with bars, restaurants and supermarket on the doorstep and just a 15 minute walk to the city centre, and 10 minute walk from Haymarket train station which links with the tram service to Edinburgh Airport. All apartments feature individual lockable rooms with small double (4ft) beds & private ensuite bathrooms - plus a fully equipped communal kitchen/lounge area with flat screen television. Free WiFi is available throughout and all bed linen, bath & hand towels are provided. More information can be found here. Rooms can be booked for single occupancy (at £45 per person per night) or for double occupancy (at £55 per night per room).
